When using Job Upward, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to job searching
• Provide accurate information in your resume and job applications
• Not misrepresent your qualifications or work history
• Not use the Service to spam employers or submit fraudulent applications
• Comply with the terms of service of any third-party job sites accessed through our auto-apply feature

Certain features require credits. Credits may be earned through sign-up bonuses, requests, or purchases. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.

• Resume tailoring consumes credits per job description
• Auto-apply features may consume credits per application
• Credit costs are displayed before any action is taken
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with notice

The auto-apply feature submits job applications on your behalf. By using this feature:

• You authorize us to submit applications using your profile information
• You confirm that all information in your application profile is accurate
• You understand that job site credentials you provide are stored securely and used only for your applications
• You acknowledge that application success depends on employer systems and is not guaranteed

When you connect your email or calendar accounts:

• We access only the data necessary to provide our services
• Email content is processed to classify recruiter communications
• Calendar data is used to manage interview scheduling
• You may disconnect these integrations at any time

You retain ownership of your resume content and personal information. By using our Service:

• You grant us a license to process your content to provide services
• AI-tailored versions of your resume remain your property
• Job Upward branding, design, and technology are our property

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Use automated systems to access the Service (except as provided)
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Create multiple accounts to abuse credits or features
• Use the Service to harass employers or other users
• Submit false or misleading information in applications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
